Returns + Exchanges
At Plum Sweet Boutique, our number one goal is to serve our loyal customers well. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better.
If you purchase an item at our booth, we will accept returns for store credit only. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. When returning an item to our booth, please be sure to have the following: unworn item (tags intact) and receipt of purchase.
If you were sent incorrect items, are missing items from your order, or you just need to make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days so that we can sort that out for you.
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card code sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable.
All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with tags attached, Please try to return in the original packaging, if able.
Trying on an item is perfectly fine, but please watch make-up stains!
We will not issue store credit for items that have stains of any kind, perfume or smoke smells, pet hair, or any items that have been washed or worn.
Steps to return items:
Please refer to our return policy above to be sure your order qualifies.
Email us at email@example.com and let us know of your wish to return. Please include your name and order number in the email. We will get some information from you and then send you instructions for how to return your item.
**Original shipping costs are nonrefundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
3. Please allow 1-2 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Due to having limited quantities of each unique style, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we are happy to issue a gift card code for your return, and if the right style and size is available, you can use your code to purchase that item. Please note that buyers are responsible for shipping items back to us. The store credit given will be your total spent minus original shipping costs.
Changing or canceling your order
Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We understand, but you must contact us immediately! Once your order is initially processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
