Returns + Exchanges

At Plum Sweet Boutique, our number one goal is to serve our loyal customers well. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better.

Booth purchases

If you purchase an item at our booth, we will accept returns for store credit only. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. When returning an item to our booth, please be sure to have the following: unworn item (tags intact) and receipt of purchase.

Online purchases

Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us via email within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please also contact us within 3 business days so that we can sort that out for you.

Here are the simple rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email or directly from our booth. We cannot issue refunds.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.

  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.

  • Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

Steps to return items,

  1. Fill out the return form included with your order.

  2. Slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning.

**Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Changing or canceling your order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We understand, but you must contact us immediately! Once your order is initially processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
